General Electric (GE) will test and evaluate Bioservo’s innovative technology to ensure it is suitable for its production environment. Bioservo does already have close a co-operation with General Motors, Airbus and Eiffage Infrastructures to develop a strength enhancing robotic glove suitable for industrial use.
GE is enthusiastic about the concept and possibilities offered by Bioservo’s bionic technology and has already placed its first test order. The long-term goal is to develop equipment suitable for the company’s production environment in order to reduce impact of repetitive strenuous work, which can cause musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) or other related problems.
